Pacific Dance - About Us




	Welcome To Pacific Dance!!!!

We have been training dancers since 1985. Our goal is to give each student professional training that will enable them to meet the challenges in an ever-changing dance world. Our primary concern is teaching proper dance technique that is both safe and individualized for each level of student. With our annual recital at the Irvine Barclay Theater and competitive performing groups, we offer our dancers and families an opportunity to experience all aspects of performing. We want to enhance each student's love of music and movement no matter what age or background. Dance can instill confidence and affect many other aspects of their life including self-esteem and overall fitness.

	Our state of the art facility has six studios, each with raised dance floors and high-tech sound systems. We also have a full service dancewear store, Pacific Dancewear, on the premises to meet your entire shoe, dancewear and active-wear needs. Whether you are training to be a professional, keeping fit, or just having fun, we know you will enjoy our studio and find that dance is a wonderful and enriching experience.


	Our training is based on a syllabus, which each teacher uses with his or her own individual style to progress the dancer to each level. Our teachers come from various professional backgrounds including ballet companies, music videos, Universities, movies, commercials and stage. They each enjoy bringing their expertise to our dancers.

	We are proud of our well-trained alumni. Many of our students have continued to dance throughout their lives and have made dance a career choice. Their credits include dancing in movies, tv, music videos, professional ballet and modern companies, cruise ships, Disney, NFL and NBA dancers, as well as professional choreographers and teachers.
